About us:

Unfuck Yourself Central was founded in 2018 after a series of life events left my then 8-year-old daughter depressed and barely able to function. Seeing her struggle was heart-wrenching and pushed me to seek ways to help her reclaim her joy and resilience.

It was during this challenging time that I developed what would eventually become the “Unfuck Yourself Rules” – a set of principles designed to shift our mindset and empower us to overcome life’s obstacles.

These rules became our lifeline, guiding us through the darkness and helping my daughter rediscover her spark. As we embraced these principles, we saw a profound transformation in our lives. The depression that once clouded our days began to lift, replaced by a renewed sense of purpose and enthusiasm.

Ivy is now a fairly well adjusted angsty teen and the graphic designer behind the Unf*ck Yourself Central line of adult coloring books.
